P A S C O
December 10, 1999 to October 16, 2013
Early this morning, our senior lab, Pasco made his transition to heaven. He had been suffering with loss of mobility and finally was restricted to his dog bed. He decided it was time to go. He would have been 14 years old on December 10th. He was our trickster from the very first day he stepped into our home and our hearts. I will miss his attics and waggying tail. He was always happy to see you especially if you had a treat. BYE old buddy, we will be looking for the next puppy who acts just like you that shows up at 1285 Wikiup Drive.
Our remodel now shifts to the back Porch with everything getting sealed and undercoated.
Tamika supervises Victor's painting. This will be one of her special rooms and she wants it just so...
We used the interior color all walls and ceiling and trimmed all beams and molding with our standard white.
BELOW, we added wide boards to suspend the ceiling fans so their bases would fit within the width of the support members.
The painters remove all the old paint and sealed the surfaces so the first undercoat can be applied.
The builders discuss the French doors going into the Family room as they prepare to install the door hardware.
BELOW, Clint admires the glass bowls he gave us as a gift. We love how they float above the Blue counter tops as if they were half of a bubble of a rippling brook.
NEXT:
Stacy is removing the old back porch corbels. Tune in next blog to see what style we choose to replace them.
Love the tribute to that sweet Pasco. He's running in heaven now.
ReplyDeleteThe house looks fabulous. You really are getting to the end of that adventure. I can't wait to see it all first hand in January.
